Recruit across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and other IT domains.
Present opportunities effectively, address candidate objections, negotiate compensation, and drive offer closures.
Apply AI-powered recruitment tools and modern sourcing technologies to improve candidate discovery, screening, and outreach efficiency.
Manage multiple open positions, maintain qualified candidate pipelines, and work toward recruitment targets.
Take ownership of assigned requirements and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

At least 2 years of hands-on US IT recruitment or US staffing experience.
Strong technical sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and passive candidate engagement.
Practical experience using AI tools or modern recruitment technologies to improve sourcing and screening productivity.
Ability to independently manage urgent requirements, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain sourcing momentum.
A proactive, persistent, accountable, and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
Strong candidate engagement capabilities, including initiating conversations with unfamiliar candidates and building professional rapport.

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray search techniques, and alternative sourcing channels.
Experience recruiting across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.
Familiarity with AI-powered candidate discovery, resume screening, and outreach workflows.
