Key responsibilities: 1. Work with hiring managers to clarify US IT openings, required skills, priorities, and candidate profiles.2. Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
3. Review resumes to assess technical alignment, experience, and suitability against each role's requirements.
4. Conduct initial conversations to understand candidates' skills, interests, availability, and communication style.
5. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries of their experience and fit.
6. Coordinate interviews across candidates and interviewers, sharing timely updates and gathering feedback.
