Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and profxessional individual to join our team as an Immigration Process Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to learn. Knowledge of U.S. immigration, visa processes, and U.S. business terms & conditions will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clients and team members ensuring clarity and professionalism at all times.
Handle work pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Assist clients with queries related to U S. immigration and visa processes.
Achieve performance goals to earn attractive bonuses and commissions.
Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company standards.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to manage stress and handle work pressure.
Quick learner with adaptability to training and process updates.
Knowledge of U.S. immigration and visa processes (preferred)
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and result-driven.
