In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the recovery of overdue accounts and maintaining positive client relationships through effective verbal communication. The position focuses on executing strategic negotiation tactics to secure payment commitments while ensuring a high standard of customer service for our North American client base.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound voice calls to clients in the US and Canada to discuss outstanding balances and arrange payment schedules.
  
• Utilize advanced negotiation techniques to resolve disputes and recover funds from delinquent accounts.
  
• Manage and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns professionally and empathetically.
  
• Provide clear verbal communication regarding account status, payment options, and company policies.
  
• Follow up persistently on overdue payments to minimize financial loss and improve collection rates.
  
• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and account history with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements
