Role & Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions focusing on US accent, pronunciation, intonation, and conversational fluency for BPO agents.
Design and adapt training modules to address common speech patterns, cultural context, and industry-specific terminology (e.g., healthcare, tech support, finance).
Record and analyze agent speech samples to provide actionable, personalized feedback using digital assessment tools.
