This role sits at the intersection of business operations, stakeholder management, and strategic execution , ensuring smooth coordination across teams and priorities.

You will act as a central node for internal collaboration , managing key initiatives, driving project execution, supporting leadership with data-driven insights, and ensuring operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams .

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams

Experience in project management, coordination, and execution of cross-functional initiatives

Strong research and data analysis skills (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations)

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel / Google Sheets)

Experience in budget tracking, forecasting, and financial analysis

Exposure to SaaS metrics (Sales funnel, marketing performance, revenue metrics)

Ability to manage executive-level communications and strategic projects

Experience Range

Internal Team & Stakeholder Management

Manage and track key business initiatives, OKRs, and cross-functional projects

Vendor Management

Manage vendor relationships including project reviews, budget tracking, and negotiations

Calendar & Time Management

Handle inbox triaging and appointment management for leadership

Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and conferences

Travel & Logistics Management

Manage end-to-end travel planning including bookings, itineraries, and expense tracking

Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and logistics for leadership

Ensure high-quality documentation with strong accuracy, clarity, and structure

Data Analysis & Business Insights

Analyze Sales, Marketing, and Revenue data to support decision-making

Track budget vs actuals, performance metrics, and projections

Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into business performance

Maintain and update contacts, records, and data repositories

Quality and timeliness of project briefs, dashboards, and executive reports

Efficiency and effectiveness of calendar and meeting management

Smooth execution of cross-functional projects and initiatives
