As Program Manager, you will be part of Line Haul operations team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Fulfillment Centers (FCs), Sort Centers (SCs), Supply Chain, Finance and Last Mile (AMZL) operations team. Program manage the cost saving, performance and quality improvement initiatives for LH Network operations. Track existing metrics, identify leading indicators impacting LH network, conduct impact assessment analysis & drive mitigation measures etc.
Identify new initiatives & work with cross-functional teams (analytics, operations finance etc.) to draw out detailed plan(s) & drive their implementation
Program manage network expansion initiatives to improve speed
Support Supply Chain, SCs/FCs/LM operation & program teams in building the Amazon network expansion strategy & execution frameworks
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
