Key responsibilities:

1. Design and build beautiful, responsive, high-performance interfaces
2. Own the aesthetic: typography, spacing, motion, color, hierarchy
3. Build and evolve our design system from the ground up
4. Turn complex AI workflows into interfaces that feel effortless
5. Obsess over the details: hover states, empty states, loading states, edge cases

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. A genuine knack for design: you notice bad spacing, weak typography, and janky animations in the wild

2. Strong command of React/Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind

3. Comfort building and maintaining design systems and reusable components

4. Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs and real-time data

5. Understanding of performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals

6. You've built something real: a product, a side project, a portfolio that shows taste

7. You use AI design tools (v0, Google Stitch, Lovable, Framer AI) as part of your daily workflow

8. You've built interfaces for AI products (chat UIs, agent dashboards, data-heavy tools)

9. You have a portfolio of side projects you built because you love the craft

10. Motion design, Framer Motion, or micro-interaction experience
