Notice period : Immediate to 45 DaysKey Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js.- Lead UI development initiatives and contribute to frontend architecture and technical design decisions.- Build reusable, maintainable, and modular UI components following frontend engineering best practices.- Use AI coding agents such as AMP, Claude Code, or similar tools to improve development productivity and engineering efficiency.- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and maintainability.- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.- Troubleshoot complex UI, functional, and performance-related issues.- Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.- Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, QA teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable software delivery.- Drive adoption of coding standards, design patterns, testing practices, and frontend engineering best practices.- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, development frameworks, and AI-assisted software development https://jobeax.com/link/wJIgo45kO3tINlTo Skills & Experience : - Strong experience in Web UI development with hands-on expertise in ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, and Node.js.- Strong understanding of frontend engineering best practices, including performance tuning, code profiling, debugging, design patterns, and scalable UI development.- Experience building reusable and component-based UI architectures.- Hands-on experience with Cypress, React Testing Library, Cucumber, TDD, and BDD.- Strong understanding of automated testing and quality engineering practices.- Proficient in Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Git.- Experience with code reviews, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web development.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as AMP, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools is preferred.- Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.- Experience mentoring developers or leading UI development initiatives is desirable.
