About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to trekking enquiries on WhatsApp, calls, and email, and guide customers to the right trek based on their fitness, experience, budget, and season.
2. Explain itineraries, inclusions, pricing, safety protocols, and packing requirements clearly, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
3. Maintain lead records and follow-ups in the CRM/WhatsApp lead system, and coordinate with the field and operations team to ensure smooth departures.
4. Collect customer feedback after treks and share insights to improve our offerings.

4. Prior trekking experience or travel/tourism background is a plus
