About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Train candidates in spoken English, communication, and soft skills as per the DDU-GKY curriculum.
2. Conduct interactive sessions on grammar, vocabulary, conversation practice, presentation skills, and workplace etiquette.
3. Build trainees' confidence, personality, teamwork, and interview and job-readiness skills.
4. Deliver sessions as per the approved batch schedule and lesson plan.
5. Assess trainee progress through regular tests, role-plays, and assignments, and maintain assessment records.
6. Maintain attendance, batch files, and other documentation required under the project.
7. Support trainee mobilization, certification, and placement activities when required.
