About Company It is a global company that manufactures plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. The Kundli plant produces plastic bottles, vials, caps, and closures used by leading pharmaceutical companies. Job Responsibilities
Operate Tool Room machines.
Repair and maintain plastic injection moulds.
Perform mould assembly and fitting.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Operate machines like:
Milling Machine
Lathe (Turning)
Surface Grinder
EDM
Drill Machine
Band Saw
Sand Blasting Machine
Check mould quality before production.
Follow 5S and safety rules.
Required Skills
Experience in Tool Room.
Knowledge of plastic injection moulds.
Hands-on experience in mould maintenance.
Able to read basic engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
