What your typical day would look like:- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of data scientists, consultants, and analysts on production-level data science projects.- Drive end-to-end delivery operations, including planning, execution, quality assurance, and deployment.- Partner with business stakeholders in the Retail sector to translate requirements into actionable data science solutions.- Ensure scalability, robustness, and efficiency in production deployments of machine learning and analytical models.- Implement governance frameworks, best practices, and continuous improvement for Data Science Operations (DS Ops).- Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and operational excellence.- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align data science capabilities with business https://jobeax.com/link/z0hY9mO5jwtIdxc2 we expect:- 15+ years of total relevant experience in Data Science projects.- Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).- Prior experience in Retail/CPG domains highly desirable.- Proven track record in Data Science Operations and leading production projects.- Strong experience in managing teams of data scientists and consultants.- Excellent stakeholder management, project governance, and cross-team collaboration skills.
