We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer with hands-on experience in the semiconductor domain and ATE (Automated Test Equipment) . The ideal candidate should have experience in ATE test program development, silicon validation, device characterization, hardware debugging, and wafer/final testing. Experience with Teradyne, Advantest, NI Cohu , and preferably V93K is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed test procedures based on device datasheets and project requirements.
Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs for wafer sort and final/package testing.
Perform first-silicon verification, device bring-up, debugging, and validation using ATE and bench equipment.
Conduct device characterization across temperature, voltage, and process corners.
Design and develop test hardware such as load boards, bench boards, qualification boards, and probe cards .
Work closely with Design and DFT teams throughout the product development and testing lifecycle.
Support the release of production-quality wafer and final test programs.
Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, characterization, and root-cause analysis.
Prepare test plans, execute test cases, document results, and generate technical reports.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and provide project updates.
Ensure testing activities and project deliverables are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.
