About the job

As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for identifying relevant tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, tracking submission deadlines, and supporting the company's business development activities. You will help the company explore new projects across government departments and private-sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Search for relevant tenders on GeM, government e-procurement portals, and private procurement platforms.
2. Identify business opportunities related to drones, aerospace, surveying, mapping, solar inspection, and infrastructure projects.
3. Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and submission requirements.
4. Prepare and organize technical bids, financial bids, quotations, and supporting documents.
5. Maintain a tracker of tender deadlines, submissions, results, and follow-ups.
6. Assist with vendor registration, EMD documentation, and other tender-related formalities.
7. Research potential clients, contractors, EPC companies, solar developers, and infrastructure organizations.
8. Coordinate with management to collect company documents and technical information.
9. Prepare regular reports on tender opportunities and business development activities.
