Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided leads.
• Understand customers' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
• Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, exclusions, and terms clearly.
• Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns related to insurance products.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/software.
• Coordinate with the operations and underwriting teams for policy issuance.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication.
• Follow company and regulatory guidelines while selling insurance products.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, insurance, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of [regional language] preferred.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive approach.
