As a telesales executive at Game Theory, you will be responsible for driving coaching sales and promoting our services to potential customers. Sales:
Present and promote swimming and badminton memberships, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of our facilities and programs.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing strategies.
Customer relationship management:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Conduct follow-ups to encourage membership renewals and upsell additional services.
Sales strategies:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the target market.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance sales efforts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to the management team.
