Telesales Executive – New Town

As a Telesales Executive based in New Town, you will play a key role in supporting the company's revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate new sales opportunities.
• Handle inbound enquiries professionally, providing accurate information about products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet those requirements.
• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear and consistent communication.
• Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly to maximise conversion rates.
• Accurately record all customer interactions, sales activity, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Handle objections confidently and guide customers towards informed purchasing decisions.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to team goals.
• Process orders and payments accurately and in line with company procedures.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service in every interaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales, call centre, or a similar customer-facing sales role is desirable.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly telephone manner.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs quickly.
• Motivated by targets and comfortable working in a results-driven environment.
• Resilient, positive, and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good written communication skills for follow-up emails and record keeping.
• A good level of general education, with GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours when required.
