Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to customers based on business requirements.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about products and services.
• Generate leads and convert prospects through effective communication.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Work toward assigned daily and monthly sales and calling targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support lead conversion and customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a call center, telecalling, telesales, or inside sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working toward sales targets.
• Customer-focused, confident, and energetic approach.
• Willingness to work 6 days per week with a rotational weekly off.
• Comfortable working rotational day shifts.
• Immediate joiners, or candidates available within a short notice period, will be preferred.
