CTC: Rs. 17000 - 20,000 + Performance Variance (5000-10,000)
Work Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM, Mon-Sat (Subject to evening shift based on business requirement)

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for Telesales and customer counseling? We are looking for a compassionate and driven Telesales Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, interacting with clients, counseling them about our holistic care model, and managing client relationships. This is not hard-core outbound selling. When a customer enquires about Natura X services, the enquiry is routed to our Sales Team. Your role is to connect with them, understand their issue empathetically, and convert it into a qualified lead for our doctors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound customer enquiries via Call, WhatsApp & Chat promptly and empathetically.
2. Engage with customers to understand their skin concerns in detail and gather relevant medical history.
3. Validate and qualify genuine enquiries and filter out non-relevant leads.
4. Counsel and educate customers about Natura X's holistic, doctor-led Ayurvedic care model.
5. Convert qualified enquiries into leads and coordinate with the doctor consultation team for next steps.
6. Conduct outbound follow-up calls to prospect, re-engage and qualify potential clients.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective communication.
8. Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, maintain accurate lead records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly conversion targets and goals.
10. Provide excellent customer service and deliver a compassionate, high-quality customer experience.

Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam is MANDATORY. Fluency in Tamil & Kannada is highly desirable.
