Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to pre-generated leads provided by the company (this is not cold calling; fresh leads are shared daily from Facebook and Instagram campaigns).
2. Explain event details clearly, address basic queries, and maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
3. Update lead status accurately on the company CRM system and coordinate closely with the internal team for closures and end-to-end follow-ups until the event (events are conducted every 3-4 months).
