About the job

As a Telecaller at Goodwill Wealth Management Private Limited, you'll help keep phone conversations clear, courteous, and well-organized. You'll speak with people in Hindi where appropriate, share accurate information, and maintain tidy follow-up records.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls and respond to incoming calls in a polite, professional manner.
2. Explain approved information clearly, using spoken Hindi when it suits the conversation.
3. Listen carefully to questions, record key details, and direct requests to the appropriate team member when needed.
4. Follow up on earlier conversations at the agreed time and note the outcome of each call.
5. Enter and update contact details, call notes, and follow-up status accurately in MS Excel.
6. Review spreadsheets for missing or inconsistent entries and keep records organized for easy reference.
7. Meet assigned calling and record-keeping tasks while maintaining a respectful tone on every call.
