About the job

As a Telecaller at PDR, you'll speak with contacts by phone, share clear information, and keep communication organized. Strong spoken English will help you guide conversations, while clear written English will support accurate follow-ups and records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls and respond to incoming calls, introducing yourself and PDR clearly and professionally.
2. Explain the information provided for each call in concise, easy-to-understand language.
3. Listen carefully to callers, clarify their questions, and note relevant details for follow-up.
4. Record call outcomes, contact information, and next steps accurately in the designated system or records.
5. Send written follow-ups when needed, using professional English and checking messages for clarity and accuracy.
6. Arrange callbacks or pass queries to the appropriate colleague when they need further attention.
7. Follow the agreed call process, maintain a courteous tone, and manage call tasks consistently.
