About the job

As a Telecaller at DEEPAK GLOBAL FASTENERS, you'll help keep conversations with prospects and contacts clear, timely, and well documented. You'll use your spoken and written English skills to communicate professionally and MS Excel to maintain accurate records.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls using contact details and information provided by the company.
2. Respond to incoming calls, share approved information, and direct queries to the appropriate colleague when needed.
3. Follow up on previous conversations and record outcomes, requested next steps, and call notes.
4. Update call logs and contact information in MS Excel, checking entries for accuracy and consistency.
5. Send clear, professionally written follow-up messages or emails when required.
6. Track pending callbacks and follow-up dates so conversations are not missed.
7. Share recurring questions, contact updates, and relevant feedback with your manager or team.
