About the job

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven telecaller to join our team. You will act as the primary voice of our company, reaching out to prospective and existing customers via phone to promote our products/services, generate qualified leads, and resolve customer queries

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls or answer inbound calls to present products, share promotions, and pitch services.
2. Identify prospective clients, qualify their needs, and pass hot leads or appointments to outside/field sales teams when required.
