About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
2. Promote AK Labs' scientific laboratory equipment, STEM kits, robotics kits, and educational models.
3. Generate new business leads and maintain customer relationships.
4. Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and price lists accurately.
5. Calculate product pricing, discounts, GST, and other applicable charges.
6. Prepare quotations for the GeM portal and offline orders.
7. Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
8. Coordinate with the sales and product teams regarding pricing and product availability.
9. Maintain customer databases, calling reports, and quotation records.
10. Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
11. Meet daily calling targets and support the company's sales growth.
12. Ensure timely submission of quotations and professional customer service.
