About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with candidates through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels
2. Understand candidates' qualifications, experience, skills and career preferences
3. Identify and recommend suitable overseas job opportunities based on candidate profiles
4. Explain job roles, eligibility requirements, recruitment procedures and relevant opportunities clearly
5. Screen candidate profiles and assess their suitability for available positions
6. Follow up regularly with interested and shortlisted candidates
7. Coordinate candidate interviews and recruitment-related activities
8. Guide candidates regarding required documents and next steps in the process
9. Coordinate with internal recruitment, documentation and visa teams for smooth processing
10. Maintain accurate candidate information, follow-up status and recruitment records
11. Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming overseas requirements
12. Ensure timely follow-up and support throughout the candidate journey
