About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Call inbound leads generated through our digital campaigns and convert them into policy sales.
2. Understand each customer's needs (family size, ages, existing cover, budget,
pre-existing conditions) and recommend suitable health plans.
3. Explain premiums, waiting periods, co-pay, exclusions and the claim process clearly and honestly.
4. Follow up with interested customers until the sale is closed.
