Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls as per the assigned list.
2. Communicate with customers/prospects in Hindi.
3. Provide the required information clearly and politely.
4. Maintain accurate calling records and update the assigned tracker.
5. Complete the assigned calling targets within the given timelines.
6. Follow up with customers wherever required.
7. Report call-related issues or concerns to the supervisor.

4. The company will provide data/recharge for calling purposes.

5. Good listening and communication skills.

6. Comfortable making multiple calls during the shift.

7. Basic smartphone handling and willingness to learn.

8. Candidates who can work from the office and commit to the 2:00 PM–8:00 PM shift are preferred.
