About the job

As a Telecaller at Anon India, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage with potential customers through phone calls and promote our products and services. Your role will be crucial in driving sales and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects and explain the features and benefits of our products.
2. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and effective communication with all customers.
4. Update and manage customer information in MS-Excel to track progress and sales leads.
5. Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
6. Meet daily and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
