About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and parents to explain Wisetime Learning's programmes.
2. Communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and handle queries professionally.
3. Assist in demo sessions to showcase teaching methods, educational tools, and learning programmes.
4. Explain the benefits of Mathematics and Science toolkits in simple, engaging language.
5. Follow up with interested customers and support enrolment conversions.
6. Maintain records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and demo sessions.
7. Build positive customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualification

1. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

2. Confidence in handling calls, engaging customers, and managing conversations professionally.

3. Ability to listen actively, answer queries, and handle customer objections patiently.

4. Basic understanding of Mathematics and Science, with a willingness to learn and explain simple concepts.

5. Comfort and confidence in discussing both Mathematics and Science without hesitation.

6. Good presentation skills and the ability to explain educational products effectively.

7. Strong organisational skills to manage calls, follow-ups, and demo schedules.

8. Basic computer proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.

9. Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or education counselling is preferred.

Note: FRESHER Candidates will be preferred for Internship.
