About the job

Key Responsibilities:
1. Call fresh leads (company-provided) - 40 to 50 calls/day.
2. Explain the franchise opportunity; understand budget & location fit.
3. Follow up via calls/WhatsApp; maintain daily lead records.
4. Coordinate hot leads with senior sales/management for closure.
5. Achieve 2-4 franchise closures per month.

Requirements:
1. 1+ years in tele sales, inside sales, or franchise/business development.
2. Strong communication & negotiation skills.
3. Target-driven, consistent with follow-ups.
4. MS Excel/Google Sheets basics preferred; hospitality/real estate background a plus.
