Are you a skilled Telecaller with a strong knowledge of MS-Excel and proficiency in both spoken English and Hindi? If so, Shreem IFM Services is looking for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments.
2. Maintaining accurate records of all calls and interactions in MS-Excel.
3. Providing information about our services and answering any queries from customers.
4. Following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
6. Conducting surveys and gathering feedback from customers for continuous improvement.
7. Representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
