3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues on time.
4. Communicate effectively in English and Hindi, both spoken and written, to cater to our diverse client base.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize on lead generation campaigns.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to better assist clients.
7. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
