About the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our EV rental plans, generate leads, and convert inquiries into rental bookings. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow up with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on incoming inquiries.
2. Explain electric two-wheeler and three-wheeler rental plans, pricing, deposits, and terms.
3. Generate leads and convert prospects into rental customers.
4. Follow up with interested drivers and delivery partners to encourage vehicle rentals.
5. Maintain customer details, call records, and lead status in Excel or CRM software.
6. Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle availability and customer onboarding.
7. Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
8. Build good customer relationships and provide accurate information about rental services.

Experience: 0–2 years; freshers are welcome.

Education: 12th pass or graduate.

Languages: Kannada and Hindi preferred; basic English communication is an advantage.

Communication: Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

Skills: Telecalling, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and basic computer knowledge.

Work Style: Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable making outbound calls.

Location: Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Bengaluru.

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or sales will have an added advantage.

Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and/or English.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.

Confidence in making outbound calls and handling customer queries.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.

Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling, telesales, or customer support experience is an advantage.
