About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Study the details of each offering and remain updated on any changes
2. Obtain and update contact details of individuals
3. Call active and potential clients to encourage the purchase of services
4. Address clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions promptly
5. Note important details from each conversation
6. Communicate verbal acceptances of offers to the Sales team for closing
7. Record all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales
8. Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance expectations
9. Conduct your functions with respect, regardless of others' dispositions
