About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Call every new enquiry within the hour; ask the qualifying questions; book the call-back slot.
2. Work the daily outbound list (plant logistics heads at manufacturers) to fix first meetings.
3. Send the pre-meeting WhatsApp drip and reconfirm every meeting the same morning.
4. Log every dial and outcome in Command Center: connected, callback, meeting fixed, not interested.
5. Keep the connected-conversations plan for the day; flag bad data to the lead-gen desk.
6. Attend the weekly script review; record and improve your pitch.
