About the job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Loan Process

1. Call prospective customers and understand their loan requirements.
2. Explain available services, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and Cash Credit.
3. Generate interested leads and follow up with potential customers.
4. Collect basic customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned team.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

B. Website Design & Development Process

1. Contact business owners and potential clients regarding Website Design & Development services.
2. Understand clients' businesses and website requirements.
3. Explain website services, features, and benefits in a simple and professional manner.
4. Generate qualified leads and schedule callbacks or meetings with interested clients.
5. Follow up with prospects until leads are converted or closed.
6. Maintain daily calling records and lead status reports.

Performance Expectations:

The candidate should be able to consistently generate interested leads, maintain proper follow-ups, and work towards achieving the company's monthly sales targets.

Other requirements

1. Good communication and convincing skills.

2. Comfortable speaking in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English.

3. Confident in handling calls and customer objections.

4. Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets.

5. Target-oriented and comfortable working with daily/monthly targets.

6. Good follow-up and customer handling skills.

7. Previous experience in Telecalling, loan processing, Sales, BPO, Digital Marketing, or Website Sales will be preferred.

8. Freshers with good communication and sales ability can also apply.

9. Experience: 0–2+ Years.
