Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our financial services and generate leads.
2. Follow up with existing clients to provide personalized assistance and address any queries or concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions for future reference and analysis.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless communication.
5. Meet daily and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering suitable solutions.
