About the job

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for making customer calls, updating property inventory, and arranging site visits for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, is organized, and can manage both calling and data entry efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain available property options
2. Follow up on leads received from marketing, portals, and social media
3. Maintain and update property inventory (units, availability, prices, owner details)
4. Manage lead records in Excel/CRM and update status regularly
5. Fix appointments and schedule site visits for the sales team
6. Provide basic property details and project information to clients over the phone
7. Maintain daily calling reports and follow-up sheets
8. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams as needed

1. Good communication skills (Hindi/English or local language)

2. Comfortable making 80–150 calls per day

4. Ability to manage calling + inventory work

5. Prior experience in real estate calling (preferred but not mandatory)

6. Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
