About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound cold calls to international prospects and introduce the company's services.
2. Generate qualified leads for website design & development, social media management, graphic design, and digital marketing services.
3. Understand the prospect's business requirements and identify suitable services.
4. Pitch services confidently and explain packages, benefits, and offers.
5. Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
6. Schedule meetings/callbacks for qualified prospects with the sales/management team.
7. Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-up dates, and customer details.
8. Work towards daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
9. Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.
10. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
11. Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, proposals, and client requirements.
12. Focus on converting leads into sales and achieving incentive-based targets.

Other requirements

1. Prior experience in International outbound calling/cold calling preferred.

2. Good command of English communication with clear pronunciation.

3. Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with international clients.

4. Experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting will be an advantage.

5. Basic understanding of website design, digital marketing, social media, or IT services is preferred.

6. Must be comfortable working in a target-oriented sales role.

7. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

8. Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.

9. Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp communication.

10. Candidates with experience calling UK/Ireland/European markets will be preferred.

11. Immediate joiners preferred.
