Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided contact lists.
Explain services clearly, understand customer requirements, and respond to questions professionally.
Record call outcomes, customer information, follow-ups, and relevant updates accurately in the system.
Follow up consistently on leads, meet assigned calling and conversion goals, and share feedback with the team.
Maintain courteous conversations and follow company communication and data-handling guidelines.
Requirements
Freshers and candidates with prior telecalling or customer interaction experience are welcome.
Good spoken communication in English and relevant local languages is preferred.
Comfort with making frequent calls, learning service information, and working toward targets.
Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Applicants should be reliable, customer-focused, and available to work full-time from the Chennai office.
The compensation for this position is ₹22,000 to ₹48,000 per month, depending on suitability and experience. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with one opening.
