Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided contact lists.
• Explain services clearly, understand customer requirements, and respond to questions professionally.
• Record call outcomes, customer information, follow-ups, and relevant updates accurately in the system.
• Follow up consistently on leads, meet assigned calling and conversion goals, and share feedback with the team.
• Maintain courteous conversations and follow company communication and data-handling guidelines.

Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with prior telecalling or customer interaction experience are welcome.
• Good spoken communication in English and relevant local languages is preferred.
• Comfort with making frequent calls, learning service information, and working toward targets.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Applicants should be reliable, customer-focused, and available to work full-time from the Chennai office.

The compensation for this position is ₹22,000 to ₹48,000 per month, depending on suitability and experience. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with one opening.
