LAKSH PROPERTIES is a real estate organization focused on helping customers discover suitable property opportunities and receive dependable guidance throughout their buying journey. The team is seeking an energetic Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive to support customer engagement from its Bangalore office.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls to understand their property requirements.
• Explain relevant real estate projects, locations, amenities, and next steps clearly and accurately.
• Qualify leads, maintain organized call records, schedule site visits, and follow up consistently.
• Coordinate with the sales team and share timely updates on lead status and customer feedback.
• Work toward assigned calling, lead-conversion, and site-visit  while delivering a positive customer experience.(NO TARGETS)

Requirements

• At least 6 months and up to 2 years of experience in real estate telecalling, pre-sales, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort with speaking to prospects over the phone and maintaining accurate records.
• Applicants should be female candidates 
• The role is full-time and in-office in Rajajinagar, Bangalore.

The compensation is a fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, with additional incentives linked to performance.
