About the job

PRNV Services is looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele callers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers and service professionals, explaining our services, generating leads, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential service professionals.
2. Explain PRNV Services and its home service offerings.
3. Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
4. Convince technicians to register on the PRNV Services platform.
5. Handle customer queries professionally.
6. Maintain daily call records and update lead details.
7. Follow up with prospects to convert leads into registrations and business opportunities.
8. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
