Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
2. Promote company offers, services, and promotional campaigns.
3. Explain offers clearly and generate customer interest.
4. Convert potential leads into successful sales.
5. Handle customer enquiries professionally.
6. Follow up with interested customers to improve conversions.
7. Maintain accurate calling records and customer information.
8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.

A. Eligibility Criteria:

1. Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

3. Candidates with telesales, telecalling, BPO, customer support, or sales experience are preferred.

4. Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

5. Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Basic computer knowledge.

7. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

8. Willing to work from the Jayanagar office in Bengaluru.

9. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
