Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Kurla – Phoenix Paragon Plaza Working Days: 5 days a week Work Mode: Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
Make inbound and outbound calls to clients and customers.
Follow up with clients and maintain good relationships.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations.
Maintain client records, call details, and follow-ups in MS Excel.
Prepare basic MIS reports and maintain accurate data.
Ensure timely follow-ups and provide a good customer experience.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making regular calls and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Qualifications:
Any Graduation
Candidate Location: Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred.
