Technology Manager - Platform Engineering in Hyderabad, India

We are hiring Manager Technology - Platform & AI Accelerators for our client based at https://jobeax.com/link/VHLxnUCcOmFA35pU :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent formal training.- Manager Technology - Platform & AI Accelerators is responsible for leading enterprise platform enablement initiatives, driving AI-powered developer productivity, and delivering technology transformation programs across global teams.- The role partners with engineering, product, and leadership to accelerate platform adoption, modernize engineering practices, and improve developer experience through automation and scalable platform capabilities.- Lead globally distributed engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions across multiple geographies and time zones.- Drive adoption of internal platforms, developer tooling, onboarding frameworks, and enterprise enablement initiatives.- Lead enterprise-wide modernization, migration, and digital transformation initiatives that improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency.- Manage complex programs involving multiple teams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders while ensuring successful delivery.- Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and executive leadership to align priorities and achieve business outcomes.- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar cloud automation technologies.- Knowledge of Backstage or similar developer portals and internal platform ecosystems.- Leverage AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve developer onboarding, adoption, and productivity.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automation, and software delivery workflows.- Define and monitor platform adoption metrics, developer engagement, and platform effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
