At Netcore Cloud, we're seeking a Senior Technical Leader who brings deep technical expertise, a track record of designing scalable systems, and a passion for innovation. This is a high-impact role where you will lead the architecture and design of mission-critical systems that power user engagement for thousands of global brands.

Architect highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant backend systems handling billions of events and terabytes of data.
Lead development of complex analytics frameworks including cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and user behavior modeling.
Drive architecture decisions on distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native platforms.
Collaborate across product, engineering, DevOps, and data teams to deliver business-critical functionality.
Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering excellence through code and design reviews, best practice evangelism, and training.
Evaluate and implement tools and frameworks for continuous improvement in scalability, performance, and observability.

12+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering with a strong foundation in Java or Golang and related backend technologies .

Proven experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures .
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, containerization ( Docker , Kubernetes ) and infrastructure as code .
Strong understanding of data processing at scale using Kafka , NoSQL DBs (MongoDB/Cassandra) , Redis , and RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Experience with application security, fault tolerance, caching, multithreading, and performance tuning.
A mindset of quality, ownership, and delivering business value.
