Role Overview

PrimeTalentBridge is developing a talent pipeline for techno-functional lead – retail logistics, .net and ai opportunities. Candidates should bring practical experience in the relevant technologies and be comfortable contributing to enterprise-grade engineering assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture across retail logistics systems.
• Translate business workflows into functional and technical specifications.
• Design ERP/WMS integrations and AI-enabled enhancements.
• Guide engineering, testing and delivery governance.
• Translate technical and business requirements into maintainable deliverables.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA and operations stakeholders.
• Support documentation, testing, issue resolution and delivery quality.

Required Skills & Experience

.NET Core; C#; SQL Server; Azure; ERP; WMS; 3PL; event-driven APIs; AI integration.

Strong communication, analytical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration skills.
